Ford 2.2 Diesel cab and a half

We bought a new Ford 2.2 Diesel bakkie from Nelspruit Ford and the vehicle went for its first service on the 15/5/2015,we complained about the rubberizing coming loose on the loadbin as this vehicle is still brand new and the rubberizing is peeling of.We did speak to Sarah from the dealership twice and still we did not get any reply from the dealership.
