FOR SA AND GALACTIC AUTO DEALERSHIP BAD SERVICE

<p>I am lodging this complaint with regard to ford company. I bought ford ranger in 2012. Around 2013 and 15 I complained about the funny sound. I extended the term with standard bank till 2018. Late in 2016 the vehicle broke down and i took it to ford where they confirmed that it was gear box but they will not fix it because it is out of warranty. I could not drive my car back to service as it was due for service being a woman with the extent of damage. I only realised now that<br />actually the ford ranger 2012 3.2 models had gear box problems.<br />I have three friends of mine who told me the storry. I went to ford to lay the complaint and was told same. I called ford company and spoke to Amnonia who told me to take the car to the delearship to be fixed after i told her the story and being aware that the car is out of warranty. She said ford will assist and has to. The reference i was given is ********** 75. I wainted for four weeks without a response. Last week i went to the dealership to enquire and nothing was done. This morning 23/05/2017 i am told that<br />ford cannot fix my vehicle. Ford does not want to acknowledge that the 2012 models 3.2 had gear box problem</p> <p>Funny enough as we were enquiring about the progress i was told that i should pay 2000 and something rands in order for galactic aouto to identify the exact problem yet i was told by the very same people that my car has gear box problem. What was going on foul play???? I was even told that my car is taking their space.</p>
