Fitment of replacement bullbar and winch

Vehicle was booked for fitment of replacement bullbar and winch, supp**** by 4x4 Mega World(Kouga Ford has agency), on 19 and 20 November 2015, vehicle was booked in at 09:30 on 19 November, full amount was paid(as per quote R29500.00), into above mentioned dealership account. By 17:00 the following day, bullbar and winch still not fitted, by 19:00 wiring of fog lights and indicator lights not done.
