Fit parts that don't even last between service intervals

<p>Good day, </p> <p>How does ford justify selling a vehicle to somebody, looks like it is knowingly... Fit parts that do not last services intervals. My vehicle started showing brake wear 2 days ago. I saw it was close to its first service. So I thought as Ford has a break wear indicator, it is not a issue. A day later the brakes were screeching!!! I got to Lazarus today for the service and they told me that the brake pads and discs had to be replaced. Nearly 9K later. I am most certainly not happy at all. Also... How the hell is a service plan not loaded??? That was another issue I had today. I am seriously disappointed in Ford Motor company! I expect answers. As Ford guarantees the brakes for one year or 20000km as far as my knowledge goes. If this is normal operating procedure for a transit connect. I will most definitely be selling this vehicle next week. I will also be telling everyone I know what quality they are buying, when buying a ford!!!! I am most definitely not satisfied!!!!!</p>
