Fiesta 60 000km Service
<p>My Car went in for a service this moprning. My Kilometers is currently on 61127km. Ford now does not want to Service my car under service plan due to the car being 127km over what they accept. I Spesifically went to their website to see how much grace I have when it comes to this and their website stated and still states 2500km. The exact word "Terms and conditions will be the same as those applying to the New Vehicle Warranty and Maintenance Plans in that services must be done within 1 year or 2500 km of the specified intervals, at authorised Ford franchises." I think this is totally un acceptable. The car is nasically 1127km over the 60000km. But they want me to pay.</p>
I Have been speaking to Ford cutomer service regarding this issue, all they can say is that they send a mail to the service department working with these types of claims and are hoping to get feedback from them today. So what do they expect me to be stranded without a car until they decide to reply? i cant drive the car because then the car goes even further over the service plan? Come on this is pathetic!!!!!!!!!
