Fedauto Ford Bethlehem bad service

Three weeks ago my car broke down and the towing company was infoed by my insurance to drop it at Ford farage in Bethlehem. It took the 2 days to even inspect and diagnose the car. After diagnosing it they sent me a quotation and told me if I payed half of the money they will order the parts needed and they will arrive the following day. I did that and I always have to call them and find out what is happening. They keep telling me they are busy with it but I feel they are not beimg honest with me. Begining of last week I called again asking when my car will be ready cause they said mayb that week. But then it change and they say they are done with it just waiting for the police to come and stamp the new engine. It took yet another week. Today I called again telling them that my car has been there for more than two weeks now and they don't even bother telling me what is happening. The person I talked to told me the lady busy with my case went to the doctor but they are still awaiting the Police, I then told her I need my car by Thursday she then said she does not think it will be done by then . I do not understand why it wont be done if they are just waiting for the Police.
