Faulty Ford Kuga Titanium!!

I purchased a 2012 Ford Kuga Titanium still under warrantee.<br> At 50 000k's the vehicle's v-belt snapped and I was told by Ford that this is covered under warranty.<br> Since the incident on 16 March 2015 - no one from Ford has contacted me, the car has been standing at Ford Menlyn for nearly 3 months without anyone assisting me.<br> <br> This is such poor service and in the mean time I have been occurring heavy costs due to the inability to travel and use my own car.<br> <br> Please be aware of Ford's Service, does not seem like they care at all about their clients and or the inconvenience this is causing me.
