Faulty Ford Figo radio
I have a 2018 Ford Figo Trend.
The radio has been giving problems for some time now (the display switches off randomly). The repair is a warranty item.
I have taken it to the dealer (Eastern Cape Motors) twice. The first time they completed a "Master reset" which effectively did nothing. The second time, they evaluated the problem and said they must send it away to Johannesburg for 6 - 8 weeks for repair. In the meantime, I have to sit with a massive gaping hole (they can't install a cover) in the dash and no radio. This is really not what I expect from Ford. The radio is giving problems, sort it out quickly. Its not my fault Ford sold me a car with a faulty radio. If I don't have the radio sent off, I have to deal with a faulty radio in my car. Not very happy with Ford. Is this the kind of apathy I can expect in the future as well ?
