FAULTY FORD ECOSPORT

hi I need your advice and your assistance, in February last year I bought a car from Furry Ford Amanzimtoti. It started to give me problems (faulty gauge and squeaky noise) from the 2nd week of purchase and I reported to Ford, it was taken for repairs, it worked for few weeks and the problem came back. It has been to Ford for more than 3 times for the same problems within the period of 4 months. In November last year I was asked by Ford to return the car so that it can be fixed because I reported that I still experience the same problems with the car and I have also noticed that the car has faulty brakes and it also stalls. I took the car to Ford and on the following day I was told that the seats have been adjusted abut they couldn’t find the other problems, so they asked me to fetch the car and I refused due to fact that if they couldn’t find anything wrong with car it means nothing was fixed. Than the following day I received an SMS stating that the car is being assessed. Three days later I received another SMS stating that they are waiting for the part that needs to be replaced in the car. When I sked them about that they said they were instructed by Ford to replace petrol gauge not because there was something wrong, but the brakes and the stalling of the car has not been fixed because according to them everything is normal. The car has been with them since then but they keep on debiting my account. I then requested them to keep the car and remove it from my name, because I am not happy with the car especially since they are telling me that there is nothing to fix. Then their principal dealer said they could buy the car from me but there will be a R70000 shortfall which I do not have and besides I am taking the car back to them because it is faulty so I don’t think it’s fair that they asking me to pay such a large sum. I was then given an option that they will charge me per KM I said that will be fine. Following day he came with the idea of giving me another 2nd hand car that I refused to take due to fact that I bought a brand new car because I want to know the history of the car so I am not happy to take someone’s 2nd hand.
