Faulty car

I bought my Ford Ecosport in 13 February 2015. I'm not sure if the car I got is a brand new car. It's giving me a problems. The battery just dies. I took in first at the dealership in Hatfield, I was told that there is nothing wrong with the car. Also was told to leave the car over night so that they check it the following day. This was on the 28 th of September 2015. I have already called AA three times to come and jumpstart it befor I needed to drive to Polokwane and said I rather take it to dealership there. On the 30th I took it in. Like usual I was told the car has no problems... To cut it short, on the 4th of November it gave me the same problem. On the 5th I went back to Polokwane. Did the same thing, I'm told the same story which they say they took the battery for testing at the battery center. I drove55 km and they told me that the battery was at 11.1 when they took it from the parking lot to be tested. I came to conclusion that there is something very wrong with the it. *** This the red number that I opened at customer care. All I get is promises that are not being fulfilled. I have a new car that is now reflecting that service is due after 12 thousand kilometers.
