Fault on the Rangers. Do not accept it. Please read

It is soo difficult to get hold of Ford SA its scary. Im trying to lodge a complaint as Im not getting any feedback from the salesman in Klerksdorp Daly ford. He keeps telling he'll speak to hid dp but never gets back. Im now trying to lodge a complaint with ford sa but the website doesnt allow me. It show the options on how to complain but really when i choose the option theres nothing for sa. its uk based. I chose 1 star because I wouldnt be able to continue if not i would have not chosen any star. I purchased a brand new vehicle and please all owners of ford bakkies check the gap linings on both the sides between the cab and the loading bin, it is off. If i see the loading bins from the past year model it is still the same on the new bakkies. Is this the reason why the loading bins are not aligned properly. Ive been told that all their bakkies are like that, which means that it is a fault from ford itself, so now they expect us to accept it like that. Please all ford bakkie owners check the 2019 bakkies and even other models and if the spacing is not the same or even close then Im actually heading to the ombudsmen because theres no response from the dp and the salesman at klerksdorp
