Falsified year model of a car that was sold by a FORD dealership.

A vehicle was sold to me by one of their accredited dealerships. The vehicle was sold and financed as a 2018 year model.

It has since then come to light that is actually a 2013 model car. The dealership principal refuses to speak to me. FORD SA refuses to assist as they say this is a dealership complaint even if the dealership is associated with them,

Amazing how companies are all just as ******* and full of *******ion, as a customer, we are left with nothing but hassles and no channels whereby the issues can be resolved.
