False advertising and info

For the normal person trying to keep head above water these days is very difficult, for the little we have in live i assume that honesty doesn't ask any money from any person or dealers. we bought a Ford Kuga ecoboost ambiente it was told and advertised in the owners manual that this is the car to go for, seeing that it has the latest technology a car can have it was told that it is an absolute feul saver but with all do respect what i LIE what is advetised is not even coming close to the truth, after i took it in several times all they say is that the software was updated and it should be fine but still no improvement at all the start stop function doesn't work at all, will someone be so kind to please help me to solve this matter as i come from a background that still believe in a small word and to be the greatest of them all and that is Honour!
