Failure to keep the promise

My car burned down on Sunday 30th June 2024 it was from service at Action Ford Louistrichadt I was advised to report to Ford South African where I spoke to Farad they sent engineers to investigate the cause of fire since then they I requested the findings to be sent to my email address but they are not sending it the last time I spoke to Farad was on Friday 23rd May 2025 and he promised to send the report to my email address but since then I have never received any correspondence the registration number of the vehicle is FMC403L I have also send several emails of which he was not responding
