FACTORY FAULT ON FORD FIESTA-TOLD I MUST PAY FOR IT

My ford fiesta is year old and I took it for it's first service. There was a rattling sound which Ford put it down to less padding on the door. They fixed this then called me to tell me it was not the padding but the steering rack. They then told me it would be covered under the warranty as it was a factory fault. Then I was told a week later that it would not be covered as the warranty is only for 3 months. So I asked them who pays for a factory fault and they said I would have to. I called them on 3 different occassions, spoke to 3 different people, the manager promised to call me back. I'm still waiting after a week. When I purchased this vehicle I was helped with a smile. Now Ford refuses to even acknowledge my existence. With all the issues with the Kuga, I wonder if the new Fiesta's ecoboost is also an issue. The steering on the car vibrates and I'm scared to drive around. So what do I do now? I think that this kind of service is disgusting. I for one am completely disappointed in the service(lack of) that I've received. I have regrets buying this vehicle, had I known this would be aftersales service I certainly would have settled for another make of car. I also sent an email to Ford head office. I've heard nothing yet.
