Extremely bad service at Ford Garage Bronkhorstspruit

They have extremely bad service, extremely bad knowledge on Ford vehicles that they fail to event look a our vehicle for weeks. Always an excuse not to solve the problem. They fail to report any progress and leave us in the dark.

I've take my wife's vehicle to this Ford dealership 4 times to for the same problem. They fail to find the problem and the urgency to even look for it. The problem is that the vehicle occasionally wont start, or will lose acceleration. I've given them full detailed descriptions of the vehicle's problems, etc...

The third time I took the vehicle to them at 9:00, where they phoned me at 15:00 to find out how to start the vehicle. I had to explain to them again that that's why the vehicle is with them in the first place, "to find and fix the problem on how to start the vehicle". The fourth time we took the vehicle to them on Monday. The vehicle was standing in there warehouse for a week before they even attempted to look at it. I had to phone them, inn order to start looking into it. Now that they attempted something with the vehicle, they still cant find the problem or even point in a direction as to where the problem might be.

I'm also not the first person to complain about this specific Ford dealership. They are the worst dealership I've ever came across. They have had ample opportunity to resolve this.

Please assist with them.....
