Extended warranty worth nothing!!!

My 2010 Focus 2.0 TDCi powershift got towed into Fury Woodmead for it's second turbo replacement on 05/02/2015. Up till today nothing has been done because Ford's Extended Warranty department wants to investigate why the turbo died a second time. I'm now stuck for more than 10 days without a vehicle. Fury Woodmead can't work on the Focus until they get authorization and Ford is unwilling to provide it. What is the use of extended warranty if Ford doesn't want to pay out on a badly designed and manufactured part. Totally disgusted with the support and service I'm getting from Ford SA! Car was serviced religiously to keep the warranty but that now seems like a waste of time and money.
