Ford Midrand Over their least expected busiest period in December with very little staff available, and with no appointment, I went to Ford because my brake lights were permanently on. Michelle was able to get a technician, Renaldo, to assist me with a diagnosis. Not only did he advise me on the issue, but immediately swapped out my brake lights even though he had a backlog of other cars to attend to. Phenomenal customer service! And what a huge relief - that warning sign had been stressing me for weeks.
