Excellent Service Provided

I would like to say THANK YOU to Mr Stefan Pienaar at CMH Rand Ford located at 80 Hill Street, Ferndale, Randburg for a wonderful service he provided to myself and my Husband during the process of purchasing our Ford Wildtrak.

Mr Stefan Pienaar has a good sense of humor and he respect his customers. The application was done on my name as the Wife of Mr James Mayinga and because Mr Stefan Pienaar is a Sales person who pays attention to details when doing his work which i believe because this quality was shown to us...my Husband was the one who first met him and he explained to Mr Stefan Pienaar that we are looking for a car(Ford Ranger XLT 3.2) and informed Stefan that the finance application will be done on my name and provided him with both our email address.

I must say that i liked each time he sent an email he will send it addressing it to both myself and my Husband due to the transparency that he picked up that we do things together.

On the day of picking up the car i was blown away by the board saying CONGRATULATIONS "James and Maria" ...even though the car is in my name...this shown me that Stefan pays into details when he is doing his job.

That board with "James and Maria" its exactly of the couple that we are. Doing things together as a team.

Thank you once more Stefan for a wonderful service you provided to us. We worked in wanting to buy Ford Ranger 3.2 XLT but through Stefan we walked out with Ford Ranger 3.2 Wildtrak. I must say that Ford Wildtrak is a very nice car to have...Well Done Ford.

I liked the bell idea...and thank you to the Staff at CMH Rand Ford for celebrating with us(during the bell process)...This moment will forever be cherished!!!
