My Ford Focus was serviced on the 8 January 2019 at Halfway Ford in Kuilsriver. The engine warning light goes on at times and I was told that I must bring the car back when the light goes on. On my way to Stellenbosch the light went on again and I went to Novel Ford in Stellenbosch. Diagnostics was done and it passed the test, but shortly after the light went on again the next day on my way home. I decided to drive to Halfway ford in Kuilsriver a few minutes after 17h00. The service consultant told me that their workshop is closed and that they could not help me as Novel Ford in Stellenbosch did the Diagnostics on the Ford Focus and that I should rather go back to them. The next day the light was off and the day after the light came back on again. I went to Novel Ford in Stellenbosch and another Diagnostic was done and finally the results show that the Ford had a faulty sensor which needs to be replaced. On 11 February a copy of the service book was made and I only need to send them the policy number and was send on 12 February to Novel Ford. After a few days I haven't got a response from Novel Ford. On Friday 15 February I called them and was told that they didn't have time to get to my claim and that I must wait till Monday. On Tuesday 19 February I called Novel and ask them if they got a chance to send the claim through. I was then ask for the kilometres on my car and I knew there and then that they forgot about my car. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted as I'm driving my kids to school in that car. Ford does not care for the safety of their clients. To Halfway Ford, you refused to help me that day and therefore I will not be using you in future. To Novel Ford, I bought this car from you......brand new with only 58km on the clock, and this is the type of service I get from you, how disgusting. I'm very disappointed in you.
