Engine sound

<p>I bought a Ranger 2.2 baseline bakkie (new) in 2015 from Jaffe's Ford Worcester. From day one there was a loud clicking sound when speed is been reduced from 120 to 60 km/h. After a number of times I took the bakkie back to the Garage, they could not find problem. The Engineer from Ford came to test drive the bakkie and he agreed with me, after driving the bakkie with me, that there was a problem and that he will sort out the problem. After 2 weeks he just mailed to the Ford Garage saying that the sound is normal. </p> <p>In the meantime I bought a Ford Ranger 2.2 Diesel D/C bakkie (new - January 2016) from Rola Ford Robertson and this bakkie does exactly the same, from the day that I used it. I called the salesperson immediately about the same sound I experienced, told him that I am not happy and that I do not want the bakkie and that they must give me another D/C bakkie. He assured me that they will sort out the problem. I went to the manager and told him about my unhappiness and he also assured me that they will sort out the problem. Meanwhile the firt baseline bakkie is getting louder by the day and untill today not one of the 2 garages want to solve the problem, after I bought 2 new bakkies. I specifically bought new bakkies, for the fact that I didn't want to have problems with second hand vehicles, because I am on the road alot. I took the bakkies back to the garages and told them that I do not want the bakkies. I want my money back or a new bakkie, but they weren't prepared to comprimise.</p> <p>Every time I visit the garages, regarding this problem, they make me feel as I am waisting their time. I am very disappointed in the Ford Ranger bakkies and agents that I bought as this isn't the firt new bakkie that I bought from Ford. I've called the Callcentre, you can't get through to them, the phone is just ringing. I am strugling now for more than a year to get answers to solve this problem. What can I do?</p>
