Engine losing water

Late late year I was travelling back from JHB to Durban, near Escourt I noticed that the heat gauge was acting up from both extremes. It would go all the way to cold and then back to hot within seconds . Anyway long story short , ford Pinetown had the car for 4days replacing some pipes . They told me everything was all good and they have done a pressure test and no water was leaking . I picked up the vehicle and by the time I got home (Kloof ) there was no water in the water bottle , Ford Pinetown picked up the car the very next day and told they would sort it out quickly . A week later they told me that the EGR valve was leaking and they would have to replace that , of course I gave them the go ahead and got my car back 10days later . I drove the car for two weeks and started have some more problems . I took the car back to ford , after two days they phone and told me that they are going replace the engine and gearbox!!! I've done 3000kms on the new engine and the problems have started again , I got back from the beach today and saw the car was leaking water . I would have thought that ford would have sorted out this problem when replacing 100k engine and gearbox !
