EcoSport Smoking Enige Problems

My brand new Diesel EcoSport started smoking after a year. At this stage the car has been with the dealer for a month and 12 days after returning it for the same problem the third time. First it was the computer, then something else, then they had to take the engine apart, then the engine was back together but the ref counter was not working properly... I was informed that two of cylinders had such marks in it that it caused oil blow-by into the breather (on a new car?). Upon contacting Ford Customer Care Head Office to resolve the issue the lady actually asked me in an ambivalent tone of voice: "Now, what do you want us to do?" And then the dealer would contact me just telling me there is still a problem. Another girl from Ford contacted me to hear how the service was that was carried out on my vehicle - while my car was still in the workshop! They are clueless! I deem it totally unacceptable! At least they could offer me a new model or trade-in. At this stage they did not even offer any kind of sincere apology - they are like it's your problem, now you wait on us. I would advise anyone to steer clear of purchasing a Ford. For me with regards to this problem the service is impersonal and slow. And I am in doubt about the quality of the product too. Rather than facing their mess and owning up they keep you in the air. And make you feel like your are just another case-number with no sense of urgency toward your problem.

It has been a few years now, and I have had problem on problem on problem with this car! Like a cracked oil cooler (which I had to pay half of the cost and nobody else worked on the car, so my opinion is they damaged it after one of the engine or sub-assembly replacements) and the last being to replace the whole turbo at my expense on a car that is not even paid off yet! If you buy a Ford you can only blame yourself!
