Ecosport a danger to my families lives!!!

I bought an Ecosport 1.0 ecoboost for my wife in September 2013. Not even a year later and we started having problems with the brakes , Shuddering, and warning lights coming on that say \ABS failure". The car is now 2 years old and on 41000km and been in 7 times for brake replacement front and back and 4 times in the last 5000km"
