Eagle Ford,worst service ever.

I contacted Eagle Ford via the interne on the sale they had on the Ford Ecosport Trend, after Bethlehem Ford could not give me any good deals. William Mans phoned me back and we had a quick chat.<br> I send through my documentation and by that afternoon , Zama phoned to inform me the finance have been approved. We spoke about a few details.<br> After informing Zama of when I will come to pick up my car as we are 240km away, all was arranged. I expected my car on the sales floor with a red ribbon.<br> I had to wait an hour and got my car handed to me in the parking, the inside still wet inside, damages to inside and outside that I only saw when I had to stop across the street at KFC to have space to inspect the car. I received a free carwash for 3 years, but if they actually cared, they would have realized that I live to far to make use of this service.<br> When Michelle called to get my experience, I informed her about all this and asked how ford will make this up to me? Now I must take my car back to them(getting kms on because their service was totally ****) And Michelle just told me they will pay my diesel but that's it! And my temp permit also expires today and still no feedback from them.
