Dumbstruck by pathetic service

Absolutely **** service ,I will never ever buy a ford again and please don't either.1 n half year later on a brand new car they need to replace gearbox,now they say it's premature and the maintance plan declines it,would that not be how poor your quality is since I do 40kms a day and never even took it on a single long distance trip???worse they push you from pillar to post,2 weeks later with no car and nobody gives a **** to help,I promise this won't stop here.i will not be deemed dumb by your company .My husband gave in his ranger for repair,took 2 full months without a car while waiting for Ford Ford,you are all I've owned,15 years later of driving,accident free ,I will not accept your nonsence .wats pathetic is that not even any level of manager can assist or resolve,such a big company run like a tuck shop ,I guess all to just make money out of you for nothing.i will find your CEO,let him say no to me !!!
