Don’t EVER buy a FORD!

I drive a Ford Eco Sport 2017 model. The car is still under warrantee, yet I simply can’t get Ford to fix my vehicle. It has a wiring issues which causes my doors to unlock, leaving me unsafe when I drive at night, the hazards and indicators don’t work, which is a danger. I travel in the highway daily and can not deal with being unsafe in an unreliable car. It has been more than 2 weeks now and my vehicle is still not fixed. First I was told that there’s no curtesy vehicles available. I’ve called head office and complained, to which they told me my local dealer will receive curtesy vehicles on the 13th (tomorrow), so I (finally) get to book my vehicle in. Today I am called by my local branch (Vereeniging Ford) and asked if I would like a lift back home tomorrow. Upon asking where my curtesy vehicle is, they tell me that they don’t have one. The manager offers to borrow me her “personal” vehicle, but I must sign a contract stating that I will pay an excess of 40k if anything happened to the vehicle. I must also pay for the insurance on the vehicle whilst driving it. It’s ridiculous for a vehicle to still be under warrantee and display technical issues which puts my life in danger. Then Ford expects of me to sit at home for 2 weeks while they fix their car, because they are not interested in supplying a curtesy car? I am NOT paying an excess or insurance of any kind for them to fix THEIR car under warrantee! I mean, have you ever? With all the dealerships I’ve encountered and worked with, I’ve never in my life experienced such nonsense! I will NEVER purchase a Ford ever again! In fact, as soon as it’s fixed, I am getting rid of it. I am absolutely appalled by Ford service! I will be sure to tell everyone I know as well, how disappointed I am in Ford.
