DO NOT EVER BUY A FORD - WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Do not EVER buy a Ford!! I bought a Fiesta ST with 39 000km on it, 2016 Model from Audi Braamfointein. Clutch failed 3 times, and I was told it was due to driving technique. Took it to the Fury Sandton by Paulshof all times (I have been driving for 11 years and have had 4 cars before this one with no issues) Third time my dad got involved told them to do a FULL assessment of the engine etc.

Apparently, the crankshaft was too long so it was engaging in the clutch all the time while I was driving(Factory Default). They paid for the third time and refunded me only for the parts and labour of the first 2 times.

Nevermind the lawyer fees I went through(Useless lawyers Mccabe and associates) and the rentals, and the ubers, and the extra petrol costs on the piece of **** ford ranger they gave me to drive and on and on.

All in all, I spent R80 000.00 on the car in a year and probably only got to drive it for about 4 months in total because Ford is so F****G useless. The car sat there for so long every time. Basically, I am in debt of R30 000.00 because they wouldn't pay back the other costs incurred due to the circumstances. So that's Ford not taking full responsibility ON A FAULT THAT IS THEIRs. The dealer principle of that Ford was extremely unhelpful and did not care, and the Group services manager, was also unhelpful and all times blaming me. Worst customer service, worst car (Really nice to drive though) EVER. I have spoken to lawyers and am looking at taking legal action because I want to return the car but they are not having it telling me they didn't even sell it to me and that I must take it up with Ford SA. Yep, so Ford wouldn't even speak to Ford on my behalf and is making me speak directly. I have sent an email and had no responses around the conditions of my acceptance. You people are so rude and disgusting. I will not EVER buy a ford and will make sure anyone who is thinking about it will reconsider.
