Do not buy a Ford vehiclr

What a big disappointment at this stage bought my vehicle in 2020 from Ford action in Krugersdorp, since the first service I have been complaining about about certain things that is not right with the vehicle today my vehicle startes to give more problems (all the service lights and engine lights came on) please note vehicle is still under warranty and has a service plan with Ford so it is just Ford that works on the vehicle.

At 15:57 I phoned Ford customer care line for assistance to lay a compliant as my vehicle is standing more at Ford and the gentleman brain was so rude and did not even assist his repsonse was get the vehicle to Ford and then you can open a case. I completely understand that but how does one drive a vehicle that has these problems and is not trustworthy.
