DISSATISFIED WITH FORD ECOSPORT

I am writing to express pain endured by driving one of your model Ecosport 1.0L Trend 2019 Automatic.

My car went in for service in October 2024. January 2025 there was a light of oil pressure low. Only to find that there were pieces of metals in the oil that blocked the oil to reaching the engine, my turbo also died just like that. My timing belt also had to be replaced. I ended paying plus minus 20k. Now during long distances my car just goes into limp mode and when diagnosed it shows nothing yet when I enter my vin number it says my car is not recalled.

I am very disappointed and just confused with this model
