Dissappointed

Dear Ford SA

I am utterly dissappointed in Ford Tygervalleys service as I had to take my 2 year old Ford Fiesta 1l ecoboost in on Monday 24th June 2017 as it has a low compression issue with the engine.

Firstly I'v asked numerous times regarding a courtesy car as I only own one car. They however say they only have 4 cars which is in use. Today (Thursday 27th July 2017) I phoned again and asked if there is one available and the answer is still no.

I then raised the question regarding me being on the list for a courtesy ( being under the impression that I am on the list, seeing that my vehicle has been there since monday), and to my surprise I was not placed on the list. Now I would like to know how that is possible? I then get told that there are others on the list before me ( I understand yes) BUT had my name be placed on the list on Monday, my waiting period would have been shorten. Why was I not placed on the list from day one?

Do you not use your own initiative?

How can there be a list of a 3 weeks waiting period ? I should automatically go on top of the list as my car is broken and I don't have one to move around. People whom had their vehicles serviced for one day shouldn't get 1st preference.

But Ford Tygervalley couldnt care less. They never call back. The manager there is never available or does not returns calls as well.

All I want is to have a courtesy asap so I can actually get around while my engine is replaced. As this is seen as horrible customer service.

I seek your assistance urgently and with no delays.

Thank You

Regards,

An unhappy client
