Dissapointed with service from Ford

I am being charged R170 by the dealership to replace a tail light/brake light that costed me R5? This is ridiculous, why cant I replace it myself, why am I being charged for 'labour' for a car that I bought from Ford and I must still pay for replacing a light?

show me how to replace it then I wont have to go to your dealership anymore.
