Dishonest and improper service

I booked my Ford Territory for a Rear main oil seal leak & a steering end replacement. My quote stated a 2-day job.Nearing the end of day 3 I haven't heard anything so I contacted Ford at 16:30 for an update.I had no transport & needed my car.I was told it would be ready the next day & I will be contacted. Again I was not contacted so I phoned & left a message which was not returned, later I got through to Yazid. He said they fit the gearbox & there was a leak on the gearbox so they worked on it without my permission & sent it away for repairs without my permission. I still did not have transport & had to speak to the manager on day 5 to get a courtesy car. A week & a half went by without follow-up calls. I was charged for gearbox oil, not on my quote. Previously I was told they didn't have the oil & I had to wait 2 weeks, so how did they see that my gearbox was leaking when they fit it the first time.The gears are slipping after it went to Ford & I think a REFURBISHED gearbox was put into my car without my permission & I was **** to about it since they claim it is still my initial gearbox. My car is not driving the same after the experience with Ford.The steering was never fixed.
