Disgusting useless service!

<p>I am one of the victimes that bought a 2014 Kuga 1,6. After taking it in for safety checks I was told I would be given a car to use only to arrive and be told I will get a rental within 24 to 48 hours. The rental company then informed me I must pay a deposit of 1250 and pay for petrol!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>So I must fork out and have no transport because Fords car might catch fire and **** me?</p> <p>A Joke.</p>
