DISGUSTING SERVICES

<p>Every encounter with these branch has gone from bad to worse. This morning I have informed the branch manager of my wedding band that was ****** at her branch. I accept my loss and merely wanted to bring to her attention without expectation but her attitude warranted me to do this. They a bunch of rip-offs who's out to just make money and not render a decent service.My husband has an established business and also sent his vehicles there for service and was also unhappy.It's like the non-whites money is good enough but we not entitled to a decent service and il be damned to allow her and her staff that. She was not accomodative or sympathetic in the least which make me think its a norm where her staff *****s and she defends. I told her that i wont bring my business there and she was like 'oh thats your prerogative'.Now i am not the type of client to brush off just because you a manager. I will make damn sure i am the client she remembers unpleasantly.When I questioned her staff in July about there service,clinton the salesman told me this is what they get for trying to do good.i told him you not doing me a favour you doing your work because the service out car comes from is not for free.The worst branch and i will tell many people to avoid them like a plague. My entire family and circle of friends drives Ford and they will lose customers.</p>
