Disgusting service

I took my car to Barloworld Ford Eastgate for service several times unfortunately the problem that my car has been having has never been fixed.

I am using the car as an Uber Taxi. As I am typing this email I am at home I can't work and today I had to take the car that I left at Barloworld Ford Easgate for service yesterday. And they had told me that the car will be serviced yesterday(Tuesday the 15th of August 2017 - they also said they have called a specialist to check what the problem with the car is). I went to Barloworld Ford Eastgate today only to find that the specialist never came to check the car - the name of the gentleman that has been assisting me with the service of my car is Peter(he said he is the Technician supervisor in the Service department). I had no choice other than to take the car. Everytime I am taking the car for service at Barloworld Ford Eastgate I am being given the bad service.
