Disgusting after sale service

Focus ST was purchased from Lazarus Ford in Feb 2015. firstly the salmon tried to sell me a service plan priced higher to include a cam belt service, i found out later that the car was still under factory service plan and this service was in fact covered by Ford. the car was missing small plugs in the centre console which i asked for on several occasions and still have not received to this date. then came the 5th annual service. the car was booked for 2 days at Consolidated Ford for its major service. on day 3 after endless phone calls from myself to query the vehicles status since i was not informed at all, i get told that my car will be completed that evening. when i arrive to collect my car i get informed that it does not have a certain part which i had said i wanted replaced. plans were made for my car to be collected the next day and after several attempts to find out when this would happen i gave up and told them to forget about the part. it would have been 4 days for a 2 day service, if i was lucky. the car now has a leak since it was serviced by Consolidated. absolutely disappointed in the service i have received since taking delivery of the car.
