Disgusted!! New cars with fonny parts.

Bought ford figo 2014. Since I received the new vehicle my back door handel has been broken. Went to ford 3 times booked it in still today its broken. serouisly bunch of amatueres working in there workshop. This is not the first person to complain about **** parts on this batch of cars.. called to complain spoke to peer and I'm still waiting for a response.! Reallly???
