Disgusted Ford South Africa and Consolidated Auto as a result of buying a new but already smoking Ford Ranger 2.2 purchased only in January 2019

I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger 2.2 in January 2019 from Consolidated Auto in Boksburg and it has been smoking since January and its at approximately 7800 , I booked it in 3 times already and I was given several stories that I must use Sasol Diesel or which that is not on the manual, imagine going around the whole country looking for Sasol station as it is far from where I am staying , the final outcome was as follows from Ford South Africa , "Good day Zanele. Trust this mail finds you well. Please note that this mail in reference to our telephonic communication on the 15.03.2019. I have escalated you case to both Mr Neil Bonzaier(Dealer Principal) and Neil Turner( Sales Manager) in regards with your case for acknowledgement on the sales part. The dealership will be in contact with you for any trade in options available and in regards with the smoking concern may I kindly recommend that you take your vehicle to an alternative dealership so that they can look in your concern. The dealership is unable to log any ticket to the FMCSA technical team because to their finding the Smoking concern on the vehicle is normal. Your more than welcome to contact us should you not receive any assistance from the dealership in regards with the sales part of your concern. The Managers mentioned on the quote above never called me about the issue , we have paid only once for the vehicle and have 5 years of paying the debt and already the vehicle is smoking as if its an old vehicle and at times the smokes comes inside when driving which is readly affecting my eyes. How will this vehicle going to be like around this time next year, it is not even due for service and yesterday I had to put in 2 bottles of oil as I was shown that its almost finised that means I must just buy a box of oil and store at home , it looks like it is going to be a long 5 year term. All they know is to sell and not deal with problems.
