Disgusted by Ford Oudtshoorn

I had overheating trouble and went to Ford on Friday at approximately 12:00. I was Happy that I could be assisted only to be much disappointed. At about 12h:50 I finally received the quote. Never was I told that they actually don't have any of the parts required. Jaco the person that issued it told me they have everything. I was told my car would be fixed by 17h:00. After 14:00 I was called again to confirm if they can fix the car and I confirmed YES PLEASE or I will be stuck in Oudtshoorn. At 15:45 I was called and Informed that they DONT have any of the parts required. HOW ON EARTH DOES THIS HAPPEN? After spending 4 hours in the town did they come to the realisation that they cant assist. To top it all when I got back to the workshop the buck was being passed. Jaco was never supposed to give the quote and all they could say is THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS nor did they come up with a solution. I had to make the suggestion that they go drop me in George and deliver my car. WHICH THEY CANT GUARANTEE BY WHEN I WILL RECEIVE IT. I'm disgusted by FORD OUDTSHOORN. VERY POOR SERVICE I WOULD RATE THEIR SERVICE A ZERO.
