Disgusted beyond words at FORD Woodmead and Witkoppen

I bought a Brand New Ford in Jan 2016, as with second hand cars you tend to deal with a lot of issues. To my utter disgust i had the worst experience with FORD in my LIFE!!! Because i am a women it seems they have not taken me very seriously when telling them 2 months after the car was purchased there is something wrong with the car. I have various emails since 2016 where the service manager has NO Decency to even reply to me about anything, i literally have to go in and get attitude from everyone like i don't know what I'm talking about. I have taken a video as well as photos of what they told me was the aircon "leaking" (nothing to worry about This "leak" was told to me : Ma'am its just your aircon???? OH really with the engine light coming on and gearbox issues. No one will help me ??? do i need to go to the Ombudsman? if i could post the pics i would!!!! i also have been told after my first service that my warranty was forfeited and then after many months of fighting was reinstated 50% powertrain (engine and gearbox) CLEVER!!!!! i will not accept this. then i went to Ford Witkoppen to see if they could better assist and the guy tells me Ma'am if you bring the car for its service for the next 2 years on time it will be reinstated 100% - UUHM excuse me!!! this car is NOT going to last that long. I contacted Ford Warranty customer care and was promised a call back. still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm disgusted and want assistance NOW pls. i have had it!
