Disgusted and lost with FORD

Worst experience ever with ford Edwinswales. I was wrongly advised. And now later I have to face the consequences of that on my own. Staff is useless. Never available. Have been dealing with Mohammed and Brandon from Ford Edwinswales Durban south. There never available. They reply to emails days later. They don’t assist customers correctly. Customer care line is worse. They rep**** saying they cannot assist. I am currently lost in terms to who do I speak to. Rude front desk employees. Worst car dealership and brand to ever purchase . Stay away do not advise anyone to purchase.
