Disgracefull Ford

My vehicle was still under warranty when I booked it in for service, only got a service date a week later. So the vehice has gone over the warranty limit, now I'm advised that Ford will not cover the service. Ford is a disgrace, After seeing the bad responce about Ford, will never buy a Ford for my business again.
