Disappointment

I have been in contact with the second hand motor manager of the Aurina Ford Motor Company, I made a trade in in 2015 and even this day the car that I treaded in is still in my name and I must pay its license **** before I can retrieve the one of the current car. The manager is been rude to me in any ways you could think of. He told me that he was not there the time I made a trade it and the consultant does not work there anymore.
