Disappointing

<p>I made an online booking with N1 city workshop for a service after they send the form via email.</p> <p>After a few days passed and I didn't receive any respons.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went to ford tygervalley and made a booking in person. </p> <p>They said they would send the confirmation via email. </p> <p>Two weeks went by and didn't receive any conformation for my appointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I phoned to ask about my appointment and they said none of my details were logged as for there were no appointment made for the next day. </p> <p>They said they will try and resolve things and come back to me, still waiting a few days again. Tried to contact the person I spoke about the problem and she is never available.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst service from ford. </p>
