Disappointed FORD AMBIENT.

Never never never never never never never would i ever recommend any new car buyer who wishes to buy a ford car. Death was a rare miss with my whole family in the middle of the road car decided to not change gears and i could only use gear 5 til I reached my destination. Im still shocked, in disbelief thought maybe i did something wrong but no, as u headed out to a close emergency mechanic to check if maybe something little is disturbing the gears to our shock with the mechanic it was a whole gear box change.. Which left me surprised because this car is still brand i purchased it on the 21st of August 2019.. So how can i hade such default of a engine gear box in less than years where else the car is 3 years and 6 months old can someone help me maybe I don't understand but a whole manufacturers fault...
