disappointed

I took in my car for repairs and service, when I got home...... It wasn't done and it had been 48 hrs since , took it back, now I got my window of the driver's broken , I complained about it,the engineer fixed it temporarily... Now I only realise that some clips are missing on the door that was being repaired. I paid fullprice but oonly to be rendered poor repairs at the dealership.I'm so upset and ffrustrated.
