Diesel Particle filter Transit Custom Sport

<p>The diesel particle filter was replaced at 84000km whilst under warranty, and now after a further 54000km has packed up again and its not under warranty. The Ford service advisor admitted that they have a problem with these as they have one in the workshop for it already. The vehicle has been going into the limp mode for a long time now, even while still in warranty and it seems nothing has been really done about it. Now there is a bill for R40k plus. I've fetched the vehicle and am going elswhere to sort my problem. Have e-mailed Ford SA and no response. I have 4 Fords and the servicing has been shocking on all of them. Any complaints over and above the normal servicing has never been addressed adequately. As when these cars need to be replaced I will not go back to Ford, sadly as I really love driving them. The back up is pathetic</p>
