DID NOT REPLACE BRAKES WITH ANNUAL SERVICE

I serviced my 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.4i Trend January 2015 and had issues with the service as they kept on wanting to charge me for everything they did although I did specifically say that I have a MAINTENANCE PLAN. My aircon filter was blocked (not part of the service to check) but they also kept telling me it is not part of this service to replace it, but they did after complaining about it.<br> <br> Very recently my front right brake started making funny sounds on and off and I thought it is only dust on the disc pads as I took my car for every service on time and I look after my car since it is my pride and joy. This morning on my way to work the brakes started sounding like metal on metal grinding everytime I try and brake, so I went directly to Ford Alberton it is closest to where we live to check it out. The person who booked my car phoned a few minutes ago to inform me that both my front brake pads are completely worn, especially on the right hand side (where I heard the funny noise) and the disk on the front right hand side has been damaged so bad that it needs to be replaced. They are assisting me and NOT giving me grief about the maintenance plan! This is unacceptable!!!
