Delay in Parts

I took my Ford Figo to a panel beater,and they ordered parts from ford dealers to have my car fixed but it’s been 2 weeks now no parts were delivered they promised my promised my panel beater to provide them by today the 26th of June but no delivery was made.Please explain what could be a reason as the order was placed on the 15th of this month.
